As regards the question of Foreign Missions the Council understand that the Italian Government has decided to send an aviation Mission to the Far East and this Mission is expected to reach China in the autumn; exhibiti will be made at Pekin.

The French Government has also decided to send an aviation Mission to China but this Mission has been delayed on account of question of finance.
